Justin Wills – Chef & co-owner
Originally from Des Moines, Iowa and a 1997
graduate of The Culinary Institute of America
in Hyde Park, New York, Justin first moved to
Oregon in 2002 eventually moving to the
coast of Oregon in 2006. Justin has worked
from coast to coast refining his repertoire
before opening restaurant beck at the Whale
Cove Inn in Depoe Bay, Oregon with his wife Stormee.
Stormee Wills – Manager & co-owner
Born and raised in Cloverdale, Oregon,
Stormee understands the needs of the locals
and tourists to the Oregon coast. The front
of house is her domain, focus, and passion.
Having a relaxed, yet professional dining
room, Stormee takes pride in making people
feel at home. With her knowledge of wine and
service she will make sure your service will be
an integral part of your dining experience.
Adam DeSanto – Sous Chef
Hailing from Duluth, Minnesota, our hardworking
2005 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in
Minneapolis, Minnesota, sous chef is a very
important part of this team. His unbridaled
passion for cuisine and technique, his thirst
for learning is what keeps the menu ever
changing.
